HOW TO MAKE THE SWITCH?

STEP 1) Know Your Flow. How many days does your flow cycle usually last, and how often do you change your pad? Do you have a heavy flow for the first few days, a medium to light flow for the next three and "spotting" for the last day? Do note, it's VERY common for women to have shorter periods after switching to WHITE ROSE LINEN pads.

Heavy Flow

*Long Soaker 17"x4" w/7" flare

*Soaker 14 & 15"x4" w/6" flare

*XL 12"x4" w/5" flare

Medium to Lighter Flow

Long Large 12"x3.5"

Large 10"x3.5"

Regular 9"x3"

Spotting

Petite Liner 7.5"x2.5"

Linen pads are way more absorbant than store bought and the average pad change is 1-4 times a day.

STEP 2) Calculate. What size and how many pads do you need each day? Can you put a wash cycle on every day?

Here's an example of my flow.

Day 1 & 2

4x Heavy flow pads

Day 3 & 4 (less heavy and tapers down)

1x XL (heavier flow) pad

2-3x Long large & Large pads

Day 5

1x Large pad

1x Regular Liner

P. S I wear linen liners EVERYDAY for the benefits of pure linen.

STEP 3) Make a Plan. Budget and decide if you're in a position to switch in "one go" or by accumulating your perfect linen pad stash a few pads at a time. It doesn't have to be "ALL OR NOTHING". Don't be held back accumulating linen pads because you cannot afford to buy 12 - 15 pads in one go. Even a couple of pads is a great start, let me explain

It's still better to use linen pads and the rest disposables than ALL disposables. We all start from somewhere. Grow your pad stash - little by little - and soon enough, you'll have "12" linen and 3 disposables. Then at the next stage - you guessed it!! Your stash will be ALL linen. Dreamy!
